Iwan Fafinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Cichowski in the 11th minute of play forced AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Iwan Fafinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes of play, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Fafinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the match, Wieslaw Cichowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iwan Fafinski. AKS Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wieslaw Cichowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 19 minutes into the match, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwan Fafinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iwan Fafinski came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson. But to his dismay, Sverker Danielsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, AKS Chorzów's Waldemar Buczak got a free kick in the 24th minute. Sverker Danielsson struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Iwan Fafinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Wrocanka. 27 minutes into the game, Emil Budzynski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKS Chorzów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wrocanka the free kick. In the 27th minute, Emil Budzynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Sverker Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wrocanka's supporters rose to their feet, but Sverker Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwan Fafinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes in the game 严风坤 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Teobald Chodzinski. After 42 minutes, Waldemar Buczak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKS Chorzów and the FC Wrocanka players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AKS Chorzów getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Waldemar Buczak hit a great ball. Sverker Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iwan Fafinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sverker Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Sverker Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Fafinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes AKS Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Buczak. In the 46th match minute, AKS Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Kapinos to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sverker Danielsson to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Iwan Fafinski. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wrocanka's zone, Aureliusz Majkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Bycofski came out of the goal and Aureliusz Majkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Iwan Fafinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sverker Danielsson. Sverker Danielsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iwan Fafinski came out and tried to block the shot, but Sverker Danielsson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 77th minute. Wieslaw Haszczak made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sverker Danielsson. In the 81st minute Wieslaw Cichowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Fafinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wieslaw Cichowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Aureliusz Majkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AKS Chorzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliusz Majkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sverker Danielsson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-10 to the left of a surprised Iwan Fafinski 89 minutes into the match. Iwan Fafinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Danielsson in the 94th minute of the match. After 98 played minutes AKS Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Sokol.
