Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Szajk LC's Levente Makkai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Zénó Polgár kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mario Klompe. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Levente Makkai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Mario Klompe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 15 minutes, Levente Makkai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szajk LC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levente Makkai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mario Klompe didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Levente Makkai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mario Klompe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Levente Makkai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Mario Klompe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Zijdewind SC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Csorba in the 30th minute of play forced Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper Mario Klompe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Klompe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Levente Makkai in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd play minute Levente Makkai came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mario Klompe. 6-0. 36 minutes into the game, Szajk LC's Csongor Csorba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Klompe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Mario Klompe came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Szajk LC's Levente Makkai. But to his dismay, Levente Makkai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Jan ter Averst might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over András Horváth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan ter Averst ran back to his position shaking his head.

54 minutes into the game, Nick Boeringe threw the ball into play from the sideline. Szajk LC's Zsolt Nagy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Levente Makkai might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Klompe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Levente Makkai ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Ben Oude Kamphuis in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Szajk LC's Árpád Konkoly. After 60 minutes of play, Szajk LC's Levente Makkai made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Klompe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Levente Makkai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szajk LC's supporters rose to their feet, but Levente Makkai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Klompe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the game, Csongor Csorba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Mario Klompe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Szajk LC's Árpád Konkoly quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ben Oude Kamphuis, made in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's Csongor Csorba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Klompe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Zijdewind SC defense, Levente Makkai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mario Klompe. The Zijdewind SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Klompe should have stopped the shot. Mario Klompe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Makkai in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Szajk LC's Levente Makkai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Klompe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. If Levente Makkai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Csorba in the 95th minute of play forced Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper Mario Klompe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Szajk LC had played much better football throughout.
