In the 4th minute, Svali Bollason ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Perfecto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Joaquin Perfecto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svali Bollason in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svali Bollason in the 9th minute of play forced Simoneta FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Perfecto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Soin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Simoneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Svali Bollason came free, but Joaquin Perfecto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when Simoneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Pello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svali Bollason might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Perfecto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Svali Bollason ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by Maximino Ursino in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Reko-Recko 03™'s Dedé Gaspar. In the 40th match minute, Simoneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Olo to maneuver through the defense. Teo Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When Svali Bollason came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Reko-Recko 03™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svali Bollason couldn't finish the play. Virgílio Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Simoneta FC made a substitution. Humberto Mitxaut replaced Damaso Gustau. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svali Bollason stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Svali Bollason fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Joaquin Perfecto, passed just outside the right post. 56 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Tiniebra came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Soin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Nueva having to interfere. Simoneta FC's Claudio Cidro was substituted for Maximino Ursino. In the 67th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Arce to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Svali Bollason got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Nueva having to interfere. Angelino Nueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Mitxaut went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 87 minutes, Mauro Aballe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simoneta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Aballe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Humberto Mitxaut came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Simoneta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Mitxaut couldn't finish the play. Svali Bollason hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Simoneta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
