The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Armando Lamb in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Pysz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th minute of the game Niguel Pasten made a throw-in which Juan Ignacio Vera played forward. Niguel Pasten hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Czeslaw Gdowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Chilavert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damián Angulo in the 9th minute. Niguel Pasten made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Loreto Antoine. Gustaw Pysz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Madison, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When MZetowe Mastodonty's Damián Angulo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. MZetowe Mastodonty's Fahl Figueroa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by José Chilavert but with some difficulty. Gustaw Pysz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Tomás Talamilla in the 30th minute of the match. Niguel Pasten kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Diego Armando Lamb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gustaw Pysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Ciro Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Edmundo Cañas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MZetowe Mastodonty's Gustaw Pysz. Gustaw Pysz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in MZetowe Mastodonty fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 45th minute there was a penalty for Algarrobo. Edmundo Cañas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gustaw Pysz. 0-2. The MZetowe Mastodonty players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Algarrobo were winning 0-2.

54 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Gdowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. José Chilavert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, MZetowe Mastodonty's Gustaw Pysz got control of the ball when Edmundo Cañas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Armando Lamb who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Gustaw Pysz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Madison in the 63rd minute of play forced MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Gustaw Pysz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edmundo Cañas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Algarrobo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Cañas couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Gustaw Pysz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zebastian Carlsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Edmundo Cañas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gustaw Pysz made a huge save. In the 77th minute Jack Madison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Pysz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Gdowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Gustaw Pysz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Ignacio Vera. Robert Augustyn did an outstanding performance 89 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-2 to the right of an irritated José Chilavert in the goal. José Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Gdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
