Olympiacos FC's Kristian Malmström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jakub Siwy, made in the 15th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Waldemar Solarek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Txilar. The supporters of GKS CZASTARY booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Xiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thorgan Hazard came free, but Waldemar Solarek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Olympiacos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themos Proedropoulos to maneuver through the defense. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Olympiacos FC to win.
