With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannes Ruttens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jannes Ruttens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Falck in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Swindon Sweden FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Al Whatley was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Pipon Pipon's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Al Whatley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Swindon Sweden FF's Reynaldo Tino did a great save. If Francesco Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jannes Ruttens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo dos Santos in the 45th minute of the match. Swindon Sweden FF's Reynaldo Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Figueroa in the 47th minute of play. The corner led C. A. Pipon Pipon's Al Whatley to fire away a dangerous shot which Reynaldo Tino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nicky Bryson made the kick off in the second half. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Malcolm McIntosh was substituted for Francesco Figueroa. In the 68th minute of the match, Brian Falck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jannes Ruttens saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 69 minutes, Nicky Bryson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicky Bryson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Merlin Riley was substituted for Jose José. Ronaldo dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannes Ruttens having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Swindon Sweden FF's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm McIntosh came free, but Reynaldo Tino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Swindon Sweden FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo dos Santos. Reynaldo Tino didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when C. A. Pipon Pipon's Malcolm McIntosh shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
