Colon Averasturi started the match with the kick off. Narciso Eusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Millano Corroto's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Millano Corroto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Eusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match Glyka Nera FC got a corner. MANIACOS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Witold Hodyl ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Witold Hodyl almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MANIACOS's Felippe Sabino did a great save. In the 18th minute, Colon Averasturi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Millano Corroto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narciso Eusko. Glyka Nera FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Millano Corroto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Giorgos Nesta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Felippe Sabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Żurawski got free with Felippe Sabino in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kostas Teneketzis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Felippe Sabino made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Jarkko Laatikainen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felippe Sabino. MANIACOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarkko Laatikainen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Jarkko Laatikainen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Felippe Sabino, 2-1. Glyka Nera FC's Maciej Żurawski managed to work through MANIACOS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maciej Żurawski dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Felippe Sabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarkko Laatikainen in the 41st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jarkko Laatikainen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felippe Sabino was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Felippe Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarkko Laatikainen in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarkko Laatikainen made a kick off. MANIACOS's Colon Averasturi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MANIACOS made a substitution. Xever Ludueña replaced Nemesio Mansilla. MANIACOS's Montay Villatreses was substituted for Colon Averasturi. After having played for 72 minutes, Benjamin Barua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MANIACOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Barua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MANIACOS's Felippe Sabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarkko Laatikainen in the 73rd minute of play. Felippe Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarkko Laatikainen in the 74th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Jarkko Laatikainen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felippe Sabino. MANIACOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarkko Laatikainen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Maciej Żurawski scored 5-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felippe Sabino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radu Bleoancă got free with Narciso Eusko in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the game, Radu Bleoancă threw the ball into play from the sideline. Glyka Nera FC's Taha Seccac quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. MANIACOS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
