Téo Silva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Charles Recife showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 73 minute of play. Roque Junior's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Téo Silva - 1-11 was put on the score board in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Pereiras FC defense, Vitório Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Téo Silva. The Pereiras FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Téo Silva should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Charles Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Silva was a little too slow when Charles Recife got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-13. Nova Venécia-ES's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
