Wilian Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Ian Paranaense made a huge save. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden State Warriors's goalkeeper Ian Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilian Lopez scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Paranaense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Murillo Paranaense recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ian Paranaense. Murillo Paranaense showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ian Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Murillo Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. Dennis Rechnitzer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gernando Berger went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ian Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Lopez in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Murillo Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunáticos's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ian Paranaense was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Wilian Lopez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilian Lopez really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Dennis Rechnitzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Baptista in the 41st minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldinho Baptista to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Golden State Warriors's Laércio Velloso got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Dudu Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wilian Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Lunáticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilian Lopez couldn't finish the play. Lunáticos made a substitution. Murilo Marinho replaced Válbson Queirós. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Lopez in the 61st minute of play forced Golden State Warriors's goalkeeper Ian Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Lopez in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Lunáticos booed when Golden State Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lunáticos's Wilian Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Wilian Lopez notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Golden State Warriors's Ian Paranaense. Ian Paranaense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lunáticos's Dennis Rechnitzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Baptista in the 75th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Golden State Warriors's corner Noel de Castro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dennis Rechnitzer quite easily take care of the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Lunáticos's Wilian Lopez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ian Paranaense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Noel de Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noel de Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Golden State Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Noel de Castro. In the 85th minute, Wilian Lopez made a precise shot to the right of Ian Paranaense. Golden State Warriors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. When Lunáticos's Wilian Lopez in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Golden State Warriors's goalie prevented a goal. Murillo Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ian Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wilian Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Lunáticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilian Lopez couldn't finish the play.
