The audience was convinced that Jeremias Cisco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nando Toscano was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. When Jeremias Cisco got free in front of the goal in the 4th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Nando Toscano was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Albino Viviano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Geofredo. Leopoldo Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro Messias in the 36th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Estevon Abancens was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Matias Montes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Escuadrón Mercenario's Zé Pedro Medeiros got a free kick in the 57th minute. Albino Viviano, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Escuadrón Mercenario getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Enrique Abeijon hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes, Leones FC's Albino Viviano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nando Toscano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leones FC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Estevon Abancens in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Lastur saved Leones FC from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Matias Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Estevon Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Norberto Geofredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Geofredo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Escuadrón Mercenario's Peli Abalos got a free kick in the 80th minute. Leopoldo Lastur came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Escuadrón Mercenario's Estevon Abancens. But to his dismay, Estevon Abancens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estevon Abancens in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Albino Viviano got a free kick in the 88th minute. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Matias Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
