Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Åke Hedlund in the 10th minute of play. Luisito Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Åke Hedlund in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Hedlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luisito Quinten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Lázár Lévay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Lyons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Zielinski to maneuver through the defense. Luisito Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázár Lévay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Valencia CF Mindszent were awarded a corner. The wind increased when Boleslaw Zielinski made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcell Kiss in the 57th minute of play forced Lyons's goalkeeper Luisito Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boleslaw Zielinski in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Banaszak saved Valencia CF Mindszent from getting behind. Lyons's Boleslaw Zielinski got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lyons made a substitution. Valencia CF Mindszent's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
