Geležinis Vilkas's Jiang Xing Jun quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Helmuth Hofer, made in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind jumpitrumpi's goalkeeper Stevan Stojanović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by jumpitrumpi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pan Yi Mo was slow to take the kick. During this time Geležinis Vilkas's players had a chance to rest. Geležinis Vilkas's Eitautas Ivoška was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stevan Stojanović in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 11 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's Nojus Bikas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stevan Stojanović narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis got control of the ball when Chen Yi Ran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ovidijus Merkelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Buba Trubač in the 15th minute of play. Folke Bure got a throw-in 17 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benjamin Kaltenbrunner. After a defensive mix-up in Geležinis Vilkas's zone, Benjamin Kaltenbrunner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidijus Merkelis came out of the goal and Benjamin Kaltenbrunner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chen Yi Ran had several of the Geležinis Vilkas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Ovidijus Merkelis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buba Trubač in the 31st minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, jumpitrumpi's Benjamin Kaltenbrunner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidijus Merkelis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stevan Stojanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nojus Bikas in the 40th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Buba Trubač was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Nojus Bikas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Stevan Stojanović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nojus Bikas in the 58th minute of play forced jumpitrumpi's goalkeeper Stevan Stojanović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Chen Yi Ran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidijus Merkelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stevan Stojanović came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Nojus Bikas. But to his dismay, Nojus Bikas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Pan Yi Mo hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Jiang Xing Jun kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Yi Ran came free, but Ovidijus Merkelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stevan Stojanović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nojus Bikas in the 75th minute. After 79 played minutes Geležinis Vilkas got a freekick which was hit by Steven Verhaeghen. Ovidijus Merkelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Bure, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinekis Phocas hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Kaltenbrunner in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Geležinis Vilkas's Julian Pyrzyce got a free kick in the 90th minute. Geležinis Vilkas were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after jumpitrumpi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pan Yi Mo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Geležinis Vilkas's corner Pan Yi Mo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stevan Stojanović quite easily take care of the ball. Ovidijus Merkelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chen Yi Ran, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Geležinis Vilkas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Geležinis Vilkas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
