In the 3rd play minute Peng Yu Jian came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Serginho Botelho. 1-0. Serginho Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peng Yu Jian in the 5th minute of play. Serginho Botelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafino Nafarroa in the 9th minute. Serginho Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Millano Almandoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The goalkeeper, Serginho Botelho, was totally fooled by Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Dagoberto Albuquerque, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. FC St. Pauli's Serginho Botelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FC St. Pauli from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Millano Almandoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Botelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Pranas Užkuraitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC St. Pauli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pranas Užkuraitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC St. Pauli's attentive Pankracy Kluska managed to snatch the ball when Peng Yu Jian made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. José Maria Ceresso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Pranas Užkuraitis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Dráuzio Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dráuzio Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pranas Užkuraitis in the 46th minute of play. In the 48thth minute of the game Pranas Užkuraitis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Dráuzio Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

FC St. Pauli's Kyle Percival was substituted for Elder Vergílio. Serginho Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peng Yu Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serginho Botelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Nafarroa in the 64th minute of the match. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's attack was well implemented in the 64th minute, but when Serafino Nafarroa was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. In the 90th match minute, Mosqueteiros 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Galsino to maneuver through the defense.
