AEK S.C's Bruno Almeida quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 14 minutes into the match, Fractal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thalis Krommidas came free, but Juan Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Krommidas in the 21st minute of play forced Fractal FC's goalkeeper Juan Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Donzel Goyeneta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fractal FC's Juan Chayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Marcelo Winter fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AEK S.C's protests and gave Marcelo Winter a yellow card for diving instead. Fractal FC made a substitution. Ramiro Montae replaced Rolando Misael. The audience was convinced that Thalis Krommidas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Chayo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The wind increased when Silvano Cibran made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Kevin Carreira could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Juan Chayo however easily saved by the left post. Thanasis Koltsidas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fractal FC's Juan Chayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Fractal FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Hats got free with Juan Chayo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91 minutes of play, AEK S.C's Vaggelis Mitsiou made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Chayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomas Papatrechass short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Juan Chayo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 96 minutes into the match, Donzel Goyeneta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Chayo, 1-3. AEK S.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
