The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Rui Bing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Santirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barbaros Sargan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Porfiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beto Santirso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Walkowski in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Walkowski in the 11th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Beto Santirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Walkowski in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Rui Bing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Chlup to maneuver through the defense. Kwaski Sandomierz's Barbaros Sargan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Porfiro in the 28th minute of play. Feijo Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Barbaros Sargan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Walkowski in the 32nd minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Beto Santirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beto Santirso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tạ Bunk, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Barbaros Sargan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukáš Sychra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes of play, Kwaski Sandomierz's Rui Bing made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beto Santirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the match, Kwaski Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Porfiro came free, but Barbaros Sargan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbaros Sargan came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Tigers's Feijo Freire. But to his dismay, Feijo Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Golden Tigers's David Talaš was substituted for Vilibald Pečinka. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Porfiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Beto Santirso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Walkowski in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 57 minutes, David Talaš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Talaš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barbaros Sargan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Talaš in the 57th minute of the match. Golden Tigers were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Kwaski Sandomierz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joélson Alagoano took the corner. Barbaros Sargan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Porfiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Barbaros Sargan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Porfiro's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Kwaski Sandomierz's Gustaw Zembrzuski was substituted for Kazimierz Konopka. If Victoriano Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Romualdo Marsano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77thth minute of the game Victoriano Porfiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kwaski Sandomierz's Barbaros Sargan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beto Santirso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Zembrzuski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Beto Santirso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 84 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Bing came free, but Beto Santirso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Kwaski Sandomierz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Walkowski to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Porfiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91stth minute of the game Olgierd Walkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Porfiro in the 92nd minute of play forced Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Barbaros Sargan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Walkowski in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Kwaski Sandomierz getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Olgierd Walkowski hit a great ball. Kwaski Sandomierz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
