The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Santirso in the 6th minute of play forced lyptus's goalkeeper Wictor Mejling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in lyptus's zone, Gabriel-Omar Santirso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wictor Mejling came out of the goal and Gabriel-Omar Santirso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wictor Mejling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Kvita, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Nik Glyrskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Navarro Montoya having to interfere. With his leg Carlos Navarro Montoya managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when lyptus's Nik Glyrskov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Arroyito FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Moises Rojelio hit a great ball. Elmas Veloz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, lyptus's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel-Omar Santirso came free, but Wictor Mejling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, lyptus's Carlos Navarro Montoya threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thorkild Falshøj, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute, Gabriel-Omar Santirso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arroyito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Wictor Mejling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Santirso in the 35th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes lyptus got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Donatello.

The audience was convinced that Nik Glyrskov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Navarro Montoya was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Wictor Mejling made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Miroslav Kvita sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nik Glyrskov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arroyito FC's Adrian Gaizko was substituted for Gabriel-Omar Santirso. In the 89th minute Adrian Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Mejling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Thorkild Falshøj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arroyito FC's Carlos Navarro Montoya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arroyito FC's Adrian Gaizko came free and shot a quick shot against goal 96 minutes in the game, fortunately Wictor Mejling had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 95 minutes into the game, one of lyptus:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
