Spectators: 7749 (Terracing: 5813, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Deivid Passos started the match with the kick off. Yücel Yamaç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Régis Leite came out and tried to block the shot, but Yücel Yamaç slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Régis Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Davus in the 6th minute of play. Deivid Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Best Ones's Régis Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Verschelde in the 12th minute of play. Freddy Tilens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deivid Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Régis Leite came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Jose Verschelde. But to his dismay, Jose Verschelde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 26 minutes, Luizão Passos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Best Ones and the KFC Paal-Tervant players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Luizão Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goalkeeper Régis Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Verschelde. In the 30th minute Vicente Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, The Best Ones's Régis Leite got control of the ball when Yücel Yamaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freddy Tilens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deivid Passos in the 33rd minute of play. Freddy Tilens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Alexandre Tande struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Freddy Tilens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Best Ones. In the 38th minute Vicente Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Régis Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Davus in the 40th minute of the match. Freddy Tilens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Quintal went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Davus to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Verschelde in the 53rd minute of play forced The Best Ones's goalkeeper Régis Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when KFC Paal-Tervant's Axel Davus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Régis Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shaun McLae, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Shaun McLae came free, but Régis Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Davus to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaun McLae in the 65th minute of play forced The Best Ones's goalkeeper Régis Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Davus, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Verschelde came free, but Régis Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KFC Paal-Tervant's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shaun McLae in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute of the match The Best Ones got a corner. KFC Paal-Tervant's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luizão Passos ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Best Ones's corner Alexandre Tande fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Freddy Tilens quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Verschelde in the 75th minute of play forced The Best Ones's goalkeeper Régis Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Davus came free, but Régis Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Tilens made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Vicente Quintal sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Deivid Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Tilens came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by The Best Ones's Alexandre Tande. But to his dismay, Alexandre Tande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 89th minute Yücel Yamaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Régis Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Davus in the 90th minute of play. Régis Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaun McLae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Shaun McLae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alexandre Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KFC Paal-Tervant's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
