Rene Aires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Válbson Cunha made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Barbaros Seçkin came free, but Okanalp Öksal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loco De Remate's Okanalp Öksal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Senna in the 14th minute of play. Okanalp Öksal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Senna in the 20th minute of the match. Amado Nisio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Válbson Cunha. Válbson Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Aires got free with Válbson Cunha in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Válbson Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Aires. If Rafael Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Artur Senna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Okanalp Öksal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, SRP-Laguna's Válbson Cunha got control of the ball when Rene Aires tried to sneak it across the goal line. Okanalp Öksal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Válbson Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hıdır Namal in the 51st minute of play. SRP-Laguna's Válbson Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baškim Sumulikovski in the 59th minute of play. Dionisio Enaut hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. SRP-Laguna made a substitution. Frasier Crane replaced Artur Senna. When Rene Aires came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Loco De Remate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Aires couldn't finish the play. Barbaros Seçkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Okanalp Öksal made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Frasier Crane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Okanalp Öksal. Loco De Remate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frasier Crane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Raul Abadia replaced Baškim Sumulikovski. Loco De Remate's Delmar Chumo was substituted for Bruno Medero. SRP-Laguna's Barbaros Seçkin got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SRP-Laguna's Isaltino Veloso was substituted for Rafael Furtado. SRP-Laguna's Tansel Tuz was substituted for Roque Junior. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Aires in the 78th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Válbson Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Okanalp Öksal made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Barbaros Seçkin sent off a good shot on target. After 84 played minutes SRP-Laguna got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Sanches. In the 87th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Raul Abadia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válbson Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SRP-Laguna's Válbson Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Chayo in the 95th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
