An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Wos in the 9th minute of play forced BuanaRaya's goalkeeper Cătălin Ostoici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Wos came free, but Cătălin Ostoici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes BuanaRaya's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafael Nóbrega who took care of the corner kick. Pepijn Hummel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Nils Støle made a huge save. With a little luck, A.C. Patagonia's Nils Støle got control of the ball when Pepijn Hummel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oteng Suebu's late challenge caught a A.C. Patagonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oteng Suebu helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes BuanaRaya got a freekick which was hit by Oteng Suebu. In the 20th minute Horea Boian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The A.C. Patagonia fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when A.C. Patagonia's Horea Boian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cătălin Ostoici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Wos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's Pepijn Hummel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils Støle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ayi Kusumah took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Nils Støle to make any attempt to save it. Nils Støle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayi Kusumah in the 39th minute. Cătălin Ostoici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Boian in the 42nd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ayi Kusumah to make the kick off. If Ayi Kusumah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Pepijn Hummel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Støle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BuanaRaya's Cătălin Ostoici proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save BuanaRaya from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute Pepijn Hummel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Støle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Wos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Cătălin Ostoici made a huge save. In the 82nd minute of the match A.C. Patagonia got a corner. BuanaRaya's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Nóbrega ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ikars Zurpēvics was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Nils Støle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepijn Hummel in the 83rd minute of the match. Nils Støle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepijn Hummel in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Sylwester Sroka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to A.C. Patagonia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jesse Lingard hit a great ball. Nils Støle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ayi Kusumah in the 91st minute of play. Cătălin Ostoici was a little too slow when Sylwester Sroka got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the BuanaRaya players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
