The audience thought a goal was coming when Damazy Joks got free with David Abad in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artur Bînciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Wypyszek's Artur Bînciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalkeeper David Abad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute Luan Pombo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Bînciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Turgut Soyuer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Chinese CJ Youth Academy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Turgut Soyuer made a kick off. Aad Aab might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Abad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aad Aab ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd minute Aad Aab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Damazy Joks notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad. David Abad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Joks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Bînciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Long Xiang Yuan in the 69th minute. FC Wypyszek's Tytus Orling was substituted for Damazy Joks. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Wypyszek's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luan Pombo was slow to take the kick. During this time Chinese CJ Youth Academy's players had a chance to rest. In the 77th minute of the match, Danell Mackiathan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Artur Bînciu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Orling in the 79th minute of play forced Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalkeeper David Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Timmy Galle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Bînciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xu Yong Feng made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Danell Mackiathan. After a rather tough play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Xu Yong Feng got a free kick in the 89th minute. Tytus Orling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Abad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play.
