Melquiades Garaona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Faustino Rencio made a huge save. In the 15th minute of the match, Olgierd Prusek got a very nice opportunity to score, but Faustino Rencio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Prusek got free with Faustino Rencio in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Montez in the 18th minute of play forced EL RUSSO FC's goalkeeper Natalio Pacorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, EL RUSSO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Montez came free, but Natalio Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kakeros FC's Jorge Montez got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes Kakeros FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Prejun. With a little luck, Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio got control of the ball when Olgierd Prusek tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boruc Jaraczeski. Faustino Rencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melquiades Garaona went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Boruc Jaraczeskis short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Faustino Rencio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 43 minutes into the game, Gerardo Matai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kakeros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL RUSSO FC the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Gerardo Matai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Kakeros FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olgierd Prusek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Matai to strike the kick off in the second half. Faustino Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Prusek in the 51st minute of play. Faustino Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Garaona in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute Boruc Jaraczeski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Rencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes, Marcelo Resto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kakeros FC and the EL RUSSO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kakeros FC's Marcelo Resto got a free kick in the 57th minute. EL RUSSO FC made a substitution. Carlos Caton replaced Maximino Fagildo. After 58 played minutes Kakeros FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Resto. Faustino Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Garaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Garaona came free, but Faustino Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Cipriano Regis sped through EL RUSSO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Natalio Pacorro. Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaztea Valensuela in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Prusek in the 91st minute of play forced Kakeros FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Prusek came free, but Faustino Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, EL RUSSO FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
