Albino Maiorga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Smolarek went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Edward Smolarek hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Gabriel Victoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Victoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Maiorga should have stopped the shot. The supporters of ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Nuno didn't get a good kick on the ball.
