The audience was convinced that Aquilino Bittor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastián Torrico was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. When Freddie Ljungberg fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.F.Fuenlabrada's protests and gave Freddie Ljungberg a yellow card for diving instead. Freddie Ljungberg kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. C.F.Fuenlabrada's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Bittor in the 34th minute of play. C.F.Fuenlabrada's Edward Västerberg was substituted for Emiliano Cordero. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anastasio Tome was the one to do the kick off. When Aquilino Bittor came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Vamos Los Pibes!!!! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Bittor couldn't finish the play.
