Alvaro Valente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aitor Branca struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Güney Mengüalp had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Lewis Tearle's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Ritchie in the 29th minute of play forced Dolar Blue Ψ's goalkeeper Alvaro Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Cirilo Ritchie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arrecifes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a little luck, Dolar Blue Ψ's Alvaro Valente got control of the ball when Felipe Senon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Beturian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Güney Mengüalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner led to Arrecifes's Kevin De Bruyne getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Chano in the 94th minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Güney Mengüalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Arrecifes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Arrecifes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
