Douglas Costa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led West Town SC's Luis-Antonio Bolantin to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Magnus Österlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Angel Mena elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Angel Mena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Karl-Magnus Österlund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 27th minute of the match West Town SC got a corner. Fårdala FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Douglas Costa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on West Town SC's corner Uhin Zarra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Magnus Österlund quite easily take care of the ball. Karl-Magnus Österlund made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Angel Mena sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute Douglas Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Österlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fårdala FF's Karl-Magnus Österlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Fårdala FF from getting a goal against them. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Mena made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Angel Mena notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Fårdala FF's Karl-Magnus Österlund. Karl-Magnus Österlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 54thth minute of the game Angel Mena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fårdala FF's Karl-Magnus Österlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Angel Mena put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Karl-Magnus Österlund. After 57 played minutes Fårdala FF got a freekick which was hit by Tord Åkerberg. Karl-Magnus Österlund didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when West Town SC's Angel Mena shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of West Town SC booed when Fårdala FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvar Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Torres Begal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Town SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torres Begal in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Magnus Österlund saved Fårdala FF from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torres Begal in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Magnus Österlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Magnus Österlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angulo Herquinigo went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the match, Torres Begal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Magnus Österlund. Fårdala FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torres Begal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torres Begal in the 84th minute of play forced Fårdala FF's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Österlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, Fårdala FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tord Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Costa in the 87th minute of play forced Fårdala FF's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Österlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. West Town SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
