George Soned was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lou Wegers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Biörnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lars Jansson fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bluehills Rovers's protests and gave Lars Jansson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bluehills Rovers getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lars Jansson hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Ignace Vermeulen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Soned. Bluehills Rovers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignace Vermeulen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Aurelian Barboni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Bluehills Rovers got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Odén. In the 42nd minute, Kurt de Rudder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Soned was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After the first half de belletrekkers were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claes Strömberg made a kick off. With a little luck, Bluehills Rovers's George Soned got control of the ball when Ignace Vermeulen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, de belletrekkers's Paulus Van Hove made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Soned was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd match minute, Bluehills Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. Kurt de Rudder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but George Soned made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Ignace Vermeulen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of George Soned. The goal made the score 0-7. Mattias Van Elsen scored 0-8 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Soned, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Bluehills Rovers defense, Paulus Van Hove kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Soned. The Bluehills Rovers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Soned should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Ignace Vermeulen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes Bluehills Rovers got a freekick which was hit by Sören Melberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Derwin Valensuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. de belletrekkers's supporters rose to their feet, but Derwin Valensuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Soned breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. George Soned was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ignace Vermeulen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 90 minute of play. George Soned made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignace Vermeulen in the 93rd minute.
