Joonatan De Vlaeminck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattijs Berghmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Valhalla Time's Iraido Bertiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaan Kaa in the 14th minute of play. Iraido Bertiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Claus in the 15th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mattijs Berghmans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joonatan De Vlaeminck. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Claus came free, but Iraido Bertiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Janusz Wielowiejski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iraido Bertiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Mattijs Berghmans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joonatan De Vlaeminck was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. F. C. Clonmels Devils's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mattijs Berghmans 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. After some careless play in the F. C. Clonmels Devils defense, Mattijs Berghmans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joonatan De Vlaeminck. The F. C. Clonmels Devils fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joonatan De Vlaeminck should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Thobias Henderickx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Janusz Wielowiejski made a kick off. Alejo Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joonatan De Vlaeminck having to interfere. A collision led to F. C. Clonmels Devils getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Thobias Henderickx hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, F. C. Clonmels Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thobias Henderickx to maneuver through the defense. F. C. Clonmels Devils's Joonatan De Vlaeminck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szilveszter Szegh in the 65th minute of play. Janusz Wielowiejski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Iraido Bertiz made a huge save.
