The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denizhan Ertaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Miskiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Cristian Lelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denizhan Ertaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Denizhan Ertaş successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 10 minutes into the game, Leonard Treppa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Denizhan Ertaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denizhan Ertaş was a little too slow when Leonard Treppa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Leonard Treppa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Denizhan Ertaş made a huge save. 22 minutes into the game, Leonard Treppa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denizhan Ertaş. Leonard Treppa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 25th match minute, Laboon SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayati Tolay to maneuver through the defense. Yan Sha Yin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Zurawski having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Leonard Treppa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denizhan Ertaş. The goal made the score 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

59 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Leonard Treppa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denizhan Ertaş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Krzysztof Wierzcholek to fire away a dangerous shot which Denizhan Ertaş despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wiktor Brak lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Radowit Budrewicz was substituted for Cristian Lelescu. In a very dangerous position, a player in RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Radomir Zurawski, was totally fooled by Laboon SK's Hakkı Onur Oran, who 67 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 70 minutes into the match, Laboon SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aybek Orcun came free, but Denizhan Ertaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökdeniz Karadeniz in the 74th minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Radomir Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yan Sha Yins short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Radomir Zurawski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 79th match minute, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Tarasek to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Hakkı Onur Oran sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Radomir Zurawski threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hakkı Onur Oran this time. The supporters of Laboon SK booed when RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Homer Field didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Hakkı Onur Oran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomir Zurawski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Aybek Orcun in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laboon SK's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökdeniz Karadeniz in the 93rd minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Radomir Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Radomir Zurawski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save RW AHLEN-KNURÓW from getting a goal against them. Laboon SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
