The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson Melo in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Brandbergen Bears getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Walter Alstedt hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Björkö BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Fredriksson came free, but İlmi Oğuzalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björkö BK's attentive Anders Lundin managed to snatch the ball when Albert Nord made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Dennis Unesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Strömqvist in the 14th minute of play. Elias Strömqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dennis Unesson having to make a save. Dennis Unesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Melo in the 21st minute of play. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Friberger in the 21st minute of play. Dennis Unesson came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Björkö BK's Jeferson Melo. But to his dismay, Jeferson Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, İlmi Oğuzalp successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pål Browall during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Pål Browall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Strömqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Unesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Friberger in the 42nd minute of the match. Jens-Erik Källberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but İlmi Oğuzalp firmly grabbed it by the left post. Björkö BK's İlmi Oğuzalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Tunberg in the 46th minute of play. The Brandbergen Bears players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Björkö BK were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens-Erik Källberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeferson Melo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Unesson saved Brandbergen Bears from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Björkö BK's Timmy Friberger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dennis Unesson. Dennis Unesson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 72 minutes into the game, Albert Nord threw the ball into play from the sideline. Björkö BK's Anders Lundin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 74 minutes of play, Björkö BK's Jeferson Melo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Unesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Björkö BK's İlmi Oğuzalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Fredriksson in the 77th minute of play. İlmi Oğuzalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Björkö BK's attentive Hans Kihlman managed to snatch the ball when Pål Browall made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Jeferson Melo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson. Dennis Unesson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dennis Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Pål Browall made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Björkö BK's Hans Kihlman. If Timmy Friberger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Björkö BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
