The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Hugo Aimar got free with Oso Prato in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Sobral in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Dziechciowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th match minute, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's zone, Stasio Redisz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oso Prato came out of the goal and Stasio Redisz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's António Sobral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zygmunt Dziechciowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 36 played minutes ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 got a freekick which was hit by Filip Kosowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Sobral in the 38th minute of play forced ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's goalkeeper Zygmunt Dziechciowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If António Sobral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Hugo Aimar was the one to do the kick off. António Sobral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Zygmunt Dziechciowski made a huge save. After some careless play in the ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 defense, António Sobral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zygmunt Dziechciowski. Zygmunt Dziechciowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Sobral in the 60th minute of play. Zygmunt Dziechciowski made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Guaberto Behe sent off a good shot on target. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Luis Rius was substituted for António Sobral. In the 68th minute of the match ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ got a corner. ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerardo Quico ran over to the corner to take the kick. Stasio Redisz got a throw-in 71 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Emil Lepucki. Emil Lepucki took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Senin. Jaime Senin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zygmunt Dziechciowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Rius in the 79th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luis Rius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zygmunt Dziechciowski was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Jaime Senin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Smolarek, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Hugo Aimar came free, but Jaime Senin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ booed when ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasio Redisz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Rius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zygmunt Dziechciowski having to make a save. In the 92nd minute Luis Rius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Dziechciowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Luis Rius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's Zygmunt Dziechciowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zygmunt Dziechciowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Rius's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Luis Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
