Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amilcar Vinosis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Deris Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dedham's supporters rose to their feet, but Deris Alvarenga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Bonilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jaime Bonilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Dedham got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Orozco. 21 minutes into the match, Amilcar Vinosis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Fornos. Dedham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amilcar Vinosis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Roberto Galdamez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dedham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Galdamez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jaime Bonilla came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Radcliffe-on-Trent City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Bonilla couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Amilcar Vinosis made a precise shot to the right of Adolfo Fornos. Dedham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jaime Orozco's late challenge caught a Radcliffe-on-Trent City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Orozco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Dedham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Orozco to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Radcliffe-on-Trent City were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Galdamez was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Dedham's goal looked a bit too open when Amilcar Vinosis came free, but Adolfo Fornos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dedham booed when Radcliffe-on-Trent City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Rojas didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Deris Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Bonilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Galdamez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Bonilla came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Dedham's Primitivo Arango. But to his dismay, Primitivo Arango quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 73 minutes into the game, Ismael Mayen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Radcliffe-on-Trent City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dedham the free kick. After 85 played minutes Radcliffe-on-Trent City got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Sanchez. Jaime Bonilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radcliffe-on-Trent City played a much better game than Dedham and deserved their victory. The Dedham players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
