Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Romeo Marcones made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Romeo Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Hitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Andres Cutberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Maximino Txanton fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balbastro's protests and gave Maximino Txanton a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Balbastro's Maximino Txanton got a free kick in the 10th minute. Americo Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Thomas in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anacleto Neron in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Gilen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ignacio Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balbastro's Americo Gilen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Marcones in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Hitz saved Mazaredo from getting behind. Americo Gilen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mazaredo booed when Balbastro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Procopio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Lluc hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Mazaredo's Anacleto Neron got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ignacio Thomas made the kick off in the second half. Tiburcio Vellito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Balbastro's Ciriaco Lucado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ciriaco Lucado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Balbastro protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ciriaco Lucado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Mazaredo a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rigoberto Cugat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balbastro's Americo Gilen. 0-1. Tiburcio Vellito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Americo Gilen made a huge save. Ignacio Thomas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Gilen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Maximino Txanton kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Mazaredo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rigoberto Cugat in the 73rd minute. The corner ended in Prudencio Valerio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balbastro's Americo Gilen did a great save. Anacleto Neron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Anacleto Neron made a precise shot to the right of Americo Gilen. Balbastro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Americo Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Thomas in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anacleto Neron got free with Americo Gilen in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute, Honorato Lauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mazaredo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
