In the 3rd minute, Cornelio Froila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramon Quilo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dream Team F.C.'s Generoso Jakes got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Dream Team F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chill & Goal S:s goal. Vinicio Chepe had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Cleto Etxatxu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 15th match minute, Chill & Goal S was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Lugo to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Jakes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Quilo having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chill & Goal S! Vinicio Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Chorache in the 27th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Chill & Goal S's Aquiles Chorache dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Evaristo Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Generoso Jakes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramon Quilo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Generoso Jakes to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Mambru in the 52nd minute of play forced Dream Team F.C.'s goalkeeper Vinicio Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Chepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Dream Team F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mario Lugo came free, but Vinicio Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Vachon's late challenge caught a Chill & Goal S's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Vachon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chill & Goal S booed when Dream Team F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Vachon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dream Team F.C.'s Vinicio Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Lugo in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Aquiles Chorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinicio Raulo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Generoso Jakes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Generoso Jakes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Quilo was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Generoso Jakes struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Ramon Quilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dream Team F.C.. 89 minutes into the game, Enrique Ubarna threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dream Team F.C.'s Fabian Vachon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dream Team F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
