Arndt von Buol-Schaudenstein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Cresconio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. TORRES FC's Manuel Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Olo in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, TORRES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Ado came free, but Manuel Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Alebrijes FC's Claudio Olo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Ibon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Agustin Sazon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gilberto Cresconio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Agustin Sazon came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the TORRES FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Sazon couldn't finish the play. With his leg Gilberto Cresconio managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when TORRES FC's Gaspar Sarracino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gaspar Sarracino in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Elias Umea the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TORRES FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elias Umea had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gilberto Cresconio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arndt von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 89th minute of play. Arndt von Buol-Schaudenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Cresconio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alebrijes FC's zone, Gaspar Sarracino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Cresconio came out of the goal and Gaspar Sarracino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arndt von Buol-Schaudenstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gilberto Cresconio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TORRES FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
