After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Jeremias Castel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Steelares FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Castel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Gumaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amado Cordarryl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltasar Gumaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Castel in the 25th minute of play. Baltasar Gumaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mate Jelenić in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Fabricio Ganix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Gumaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Gumaro came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Steelares FC's Mate Jelenić. But to his dismay, Mate Jelenić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 41st minute Melquiades Gaufred shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Gumaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, TIBURONES ROJOS VERACRUZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gartzi came free, but Baltasar Gumaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After a rather tough play, Steelares FC's Fulgencio Cordairo got a free kick in the 51st minute. TIBURONES ROJOS VERACRUZ's Baltasar Gumaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save TIBURONES ROJOS VERACRUZ from getting a goal against them. After 62 minutes, Aaron Frichoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TIBURONES ROJOS VERACRUZ and the Steelares FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baltasar Gumaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 77th minute of the match, Mate Jelenić tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baltasar Gumaro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Steelares FC's Nicasio Barea got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Steelares FC's Nicasio Barea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Jeremias Castel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Baltasar Gumaro made a huge save. With a little luck, TIBURONES ROJOS VERACRUZ's Baltasar Gumaro got control of the ball when Nicasio Barea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amado Cordarryl's late challenge caught a Steelares FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Cordarryl helped the player get up and apologised.
