The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Romulo Otsoa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. David Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Rojas in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Gonz FC's Eugeniusz Zapolski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Otsoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Zapolski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Otsoa. Cañani OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugeniusz Zapolski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Osoitz in the 25th minute of play forced Gonz FC's goalkeeper David Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cañani OFF's Higinio Meendez got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Jacinto Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Rojas in the 31st minute of play. If Klement Huchro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Rojas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Zapolski in the 51st minute of play forced Cañani OFF's goalkeeper Romulo Otsoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Otsoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klement Huchro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Cañani OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Huchro came free, but Romulo Otsoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Gonz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Rojas came free, but David Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonz FC's David Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Lico in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Paulino Osoitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cañani OFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gonz FC the free kick. After 81 played minutes Cañani OFF got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Osoitz. Romulo Otsoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Gonz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Royal Paladin in the 87th minute. The corner ended in Royal Paladin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cañani OFF's Romulo Otsoa did a great save. After some careless play in the Cañani OFF defense, Klement Huchro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Otsoa. The Cañani OFF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Otsoa should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Amado Cordarius took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for David Madureira to make any attempt to save it.
