After 13 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Zico Zellier made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Umaña was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 played minutes Zico Zellier rounded Puerto San José's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Puerto San José fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, GuateFortín's Angel Alvarenga got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mariano Umaña. Sven-Edvin Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Umaña having to interfere. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Zico Zellier sped through Puerto San José's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mariano Umaña. In the 34th minute, Máximo Perrone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Mariano Umaña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Máximo Perrone in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Umaña saved Puerto San José from getting behind. After some careless play in the Puerto San José defense, Máximo Perrone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Umaña. The Puerto San José fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Umaña should have stopped the shot. After 44 played minutes Máximo Perrone could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 10-0 into the left cross. 47 minutes into the match, Puerto San José's goalkeeper Mariano Umaña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Máximo Perrone.

52 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariano Umaña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Mariano Umaña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Máximo Perrone went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Perrone in the 58th minute of play forced Puerto San José's goalkeeper Mariano Umaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Puerto San José getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Alejandro Rivas hit a great ball. GuateFortín made a substitution. Heriberto Correa replaced Angel Alvarenga. After having played for 72 minutes, Máximo Perrone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GuateFortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Máximo Perrone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The GuateFortín fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 79 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Umaña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Puerto San José's zone, Máximo Perrone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Umaña came out of the goal and Máximo Perrone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Máximo Perrone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Umaña was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. In the 89th minute, Máximo Perrone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Máximo Perrone took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Umaña. Mariano Umaña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. There was no doubt that GuateFortín were the better team. GuateFortín's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
