Januario Alfaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Rivas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adamantios Sfakianakis in the 13th minute of play forced Guatitlan's goalkeeper Januario Alfaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Januario Alfaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Isaac Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guatitlan's Januario Alfaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Rivas in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Isaac Rivas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Guatitlan's Januario Alfaro. Januario Alfaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nenushko FC's Ivan Isaia got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nenushko FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Salvador Vasquez was slow to take the kick. During this time Guatitlan's players had a chance to rest. Adamantios Sfakianakis took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Januario Alfaro. Januario Alfaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 37th match minute, Nenushko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vismantas Martišius to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimiro Kiliz in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Januario Alfaro saved Guatitlan from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Rivas in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Januario Alfaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Vladimiro Kiliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Guatitlan's Carlitos Bianchi got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimiro Kiliz to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladimiro Kiliz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Januario Alfaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. Guatitlan's Januario Alfaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Guatitlan from getting a goal against them. Januario Alfaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adamantios Sfakianakis in the 53rd minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Vladimiro Kiliz advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 56th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Isaac Rivas could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Januario Alfaro however easily saved by the left post. Vladimiro Kilizs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Januario Alfaro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Félix Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Oskarbi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Kiliz in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Januario Alfaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Guatitlan's goal looked a bit too open when Adamantios Sfakianakis came free, but Januario Alfaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nenushko FC's Ivan Isaia pulled a muscle in his leg after 69 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Gareca during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 played minutes Guatitlan got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Gareca. 72 minutes into the match, Guatitlan's goalkeeper Januario Alfaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimiro Kiliz. Januario Alfaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adamantios Sfakianakis in the 74th minute of the match. When Eliseo Braun fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nenushko FC's protests and gave Eliseo Braun a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nenushko FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Eliseo Braun hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes Nenushko FC got a freekick which was hit by Adamantios Sfakianakis. 85 minutes into the match, Nenushko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Félix Pinho came free, but Baldomero Oskarbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladimiro Kiliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Januario Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Adamantios Sfakianakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nenushko FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The Nenushko FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nenushko FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
