The CF Deportivo Ramón fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when CF Deportivo Ramón's Milton Salazar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Danilo Huezo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deris Bustamante in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldir Castillo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FIFI CLUB ™'s Cristian Ancheta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Salguero in the 81st minute of play forced CF Deportivo Ramón's goalkeeper Waldir Oporto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CF Deportivo Ramón's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FIFI CLUB ™ had won, even though CF Deportivo Ramón had held more of the ball.
