Seating: 2492, VIP seats: 150) Tom Misakis short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Urti Caicedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 8th minute of play forced SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's goalkeeper Urti Caicedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Freddy Padilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macho Thome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ordonez Valiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Kenneth Loaiza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macho Thome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macho Thome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tito Bonilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by PITIN SPORT's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benito Jarquin was slow to take the kick. During this time SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's players had a chance to rest. PITIN SPORT's Macho Thome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Heredia in the 23rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinant Ponk in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urti Caicedo saved SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ferdinant Ponk sped through SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Urti Caicedo. If Tito Bonilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 32 minutes into the game, Nistor Barbu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PITIN SPORT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC the free kick. After 32 played minutes PITIN SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Nistor Barbu. The audience was convinced that Rigoberto Pinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Macho Thome was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. A hard shot 34 in the game by Ferdinant Ponk from a close distance when the talented Urti Caicedo managed to make a qualified save. SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's players were relieved. A collision led to SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alonzo Vega hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes PITIN SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Tom Misaki. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferdinant Ponk to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rigoberto Pinto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Macho Thome was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Tito Bonilla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Macho Thome having to make a save. Tom Misaki scored 3-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urti Caicedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pablo Derock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Derock hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Benito Jarquin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urti Caicedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Misaki in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 74th minute of play forced SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's goalkeeper Urti Caicedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Leonel Guadamuz hit a great ball. PITIN SPORT's Rolando Volio was substituted for Pablo Derock. Leonel Guadamuz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Ferdinant Ponk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urti Caicedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, PITIN SPORT's David Hernandez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urti Caicedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by SPORTING SAN JOSÉ FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konrad Bejgier was slow to take the kick. During this time PITIN SPORT's players had a chance to rest. In the 88th minute, David Hernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PITIN SPORT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the referee ended the match the PITIN SPORT players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
