The wind increased when Isidro Madriz made the kick off in the second half. Bebeto de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Medina in the 60th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CS La Libertad's Nikos Valassiou got a free kick in the 61st minute. Isidro Madriz might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Liu Yong Yong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidro Madriz ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidro Madriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liu Yong Yong having to interfere. OROTINENSE made a substitution.
