The referee ignored AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's protests and gave Arias Goztros a yellow card for diving instead. Ricardo Pernia made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Donio Nao sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match Canahuaito Mollendo LCV got a corner. AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ludomir Brak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Canahuaito Mollendo LCV's Giro Clas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ricardo Pernia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Donio Nao struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ricardo Pernia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canahuaito Mollendo LCV. If Roegelio Magarinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's goalkeeper Ricardo Pernia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donio Nao. In the 33rdth minute of the game Curcio Trueba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canahuaito Mollendo LCV's Leonardo Anduiza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Curcio Trueba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Anduiza having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Curcio Trueba in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Anduiza saved Canahuaito Mollendo LCV from getting behind. 42 minutes in the game Uhin Castañiza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vaklin Mirev. In the 45th minute, Reyes Cerradelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canahuaito Mollendo LCV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
