When Universitario's Bonifacio Morentin in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inca Empire FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Morentin in the 20th managed to get into a good position. Alesander Arveras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ekialde Viedes having to make a save. Ostots Nurueña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekialde Viedes having to interfere. Bonifacio Morentin struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jurgi Islañana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Universitario. Bonifacio Morentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgi Islañana having to interfere. Inca Empire FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigio Pisciña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Bembe Temes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgi Islañana having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Inca Empire FC's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Pisciña came free, but Jurgi Islañana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bembe Temes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jurgi Islañana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bonifacio Morentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Inca Empire FC's Jurgi Islañana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rufio Astonzas in the 52nd minute of play. In the 52nd minute of the match, Bembe Temes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jurgi Islañana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Bembe Temes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Inca Empire FC's zone, Bonifacio Morentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurgi Islañana came out of the goal and Bonifacio Morentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jurgi Islañana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remigio Pisciña showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 72 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bonifacio Morentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jurgi Islañana was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. With his leg Jurgi Islañana managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Universitario's Bonifacio Morentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Remigio Pisciña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgi Islañana having to interfere. If Bembe Temes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inca Empire FC's Jurgi Islañana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Inca Empire FC from getting a goal against them. Jurgi Islañana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Morentin's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match was over Universitario could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Inca Empire FC throughout the match.
