Spectators: 9227 (Terracing: 6921, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 184) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gianluca Lapadula got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Gianluca Lapadula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eraldo Guzman. Variante Delta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gianluca Lapadula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Lapadula in the 9th minute of play forced Variante Delta's goalkeeper Eraldo Guzman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluca Lapadula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Eraldo Guzman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, AC Papicho's Gianluca Lapadula made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eraldo Guzman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute Caio Hornilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Shaw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Hornilla was the one to do the kick off. Alexander Shaw came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Variante Delta's Caio Hornilla. But to his dismay, Caio Hornilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Alexander Shaw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Schroons, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Schroons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Shaw having to interfere. AC Papicho made a substitution. Rodolfo Mora replaced Barros Licon. AC Papicho made a substitution. Frasquito Abrego replaced Gianluca Lapadula. Variante Delta made a substitution. Ladislao Erramu replaced Caio Hornilla. Alexander Shaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Erramu in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Shaw saved AC Papicho from getting behind. Ladislao Erramu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Alexander Shaw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Variante Delta. Eraldo Guzman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frasquito Abrego showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 85 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Erramu in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Shaw saved AC Papicho from getting behind. Alexander Shaw stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Erramu's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AC Papicho had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
