In the 7th minute, Octavio Bras made a precise shot to the right of Loreto Palanques. AlmaToran's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Octavio Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Garival made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Majestic Club FC's Tome Vizcaya. In the 14th minute of the game Rodrigo Garival made a throw-in which Arotza Dobarral played forward. A collision led to AlmaToran getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rodrigo Garival hit a great ball. Octavio Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, AlmaToran's goalkeeper Loreto Palanques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amilcar Palermo. A collision led to AlmaToran getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Chan Mariny hit a great ball. Octavio Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Bras might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Loreto Palanques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octavio Bras ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute Octavio Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loreto Palanques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Octavio Bras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loreto Palanques was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Ponce in the 31st minute of play forced Majestic Club FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Octavio Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loreto Palanques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Majestic Club FC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after AlmaToran's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amilcar Palermo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Amilcar Palermo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Loreto Palanques quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Loreto Palanques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Bras, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Octavio Bras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Loreto Palanques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hipolito Ponce to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jeraldo Abellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octavio Bras in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loreto Palanques saved AlmaToran from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Hipolito Ponce managed to get in a good position for a shot. AlmaToran's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Ponce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Pelayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Majestic Club FC's Mane Rapado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rodrigo Garival, made in the 57th minute of the game. Ugaitz Cabrera made in the 59th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Florencio Salinas. In the 61st minute, Amilcar Palermo made a precise shot to the right of Loreto Palanques. AlmaToran's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Majestic Club FC's attentive Mane Rapado managed to snatch the ball when Rodrigo Garival made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. If Octavio Bras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amilcar Palermo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Majestic Club FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amilcar Palermo couldn't finish the play. Loreto Palanques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amilcar Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
