Leonidas Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Icantí's Illarion Chislov got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos De Gracia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonidas Paredes having to interfere. Jaime Urane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Illarion Chislov, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Leonidas Paredes made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Toto García sent off a good shot on target. Raul Obano struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Carlos De Gracia really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Leonidas Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Gaztea in the 54th minute of play. Jaime Urane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Obano in the 56th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Carlos De Gracia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icantí's Leonidas Paredes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of TITANES F.C. booed when Icantí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Ríos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Toto García cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Leonidas Paredes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Icantí's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because TITANES F.C. had won, even though Icantí had held more of the ball.
