In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiki Fc's goalkeeper Xzaiver Callergos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blackblue United's goalkeeper Leonardo Maquilanda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavel Lorca was slow to take the kick. During this time Tiki Fc's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Frane Bučan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 41st match minute, Blackblue United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Reynoso to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With an all-out effort, Tiki Fc's Leonardo Maquilanda threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fiallos Aranzazu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blackblue United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
