After having played for 11 minutes, Henry Ritter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Ritter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yago Cortada might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Lalatu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yago Cortada ran back to his position shaking his head. Ascencio Canado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Lalatu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Resamano in the 20th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Paz Ungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Ritter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Lalatu was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Yago Cortada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yago Cortada really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Henry Ritter was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Henry Ritter might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Lalatu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry Ritter ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute, GOMEZ F.C.'s Yago Cortada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jorge Lalatu. Jorge Lalatu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Pedro Santa kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Henry Ritter succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 40th playminute. Henry Ritter struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jorge Lalatu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GOMEZ F.C.. Yago Cortada hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Ritter to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Pedro Santa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 53 minutes, Henry Ritter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, GOMEZ F.C.'s Henry Ritter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Lalatu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Jorge Lalatu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Torrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Ritter in the 67th minute of play forced FC Filadelfia's goalkeeper Jorge Lalatu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yago Cortada took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Lalatu. Jorge Lalatu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After 72 played minutes GOMEZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Yago Cortada. In the 77th minute, Yago Cortada made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Lalatu. FC Filadelfia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Henry Ritter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jorge Lalatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Henry Ritter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Lalatu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Yago Cortada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Yago Cortada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oswaldo Bayona hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Yago Cortada managed to get in a good position for a shot. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Yago Cortada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Lalatu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Yago Cortada fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GOMEZ F.C.'s protests and gave Yago Cortada a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yago Cortada to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that GOMEZ F.C. were the better team. GOMEZ F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
