The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zacarias Cabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Cifuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 played minutes Azul Y Plomo got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Diniz. When Taltun SC's Flavio Cifuentes in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Azul Y Plomo's goalie prevented a goal. Azul Y Plomo's José Macías shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zhang Hao Qing but with some difficulty. In the 14th minute, Mattias Wickander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute of the match Azul Y Plomo got a corner. Taltun SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Macías ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 19th minute, Marcelo Cavenaghi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oswaldo Moran got free with Zhang Hao Qing in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zhang Hao Qing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Moran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zhang Hao Qing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Moran's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Oswaldo Moran put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zhang Hao Qing. Flavio Cifuentes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zacarias Cabrero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Norbert Dabrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavio Cifuentes was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Taltun SC's goal looked a bit too open when José Macías came free, but Zhang Hao Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Azul Y Plomo! In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Taltun SC. Marcelo Cavenaghi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zacarias Cabrero. 1-2. Azul Y Plomo made a substitution. Salas Larrinzar replaced Graziani Moranto. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Flavio Cifuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taltun SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Cifuentes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Cabrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taltun SC made a substitution. Espinosa Marco replaced Marcelo Cavenaghi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luzuriaga Oliver in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Cabrero saved Azul Y Plomo from getting behind. When Taltun SC's Luzuriaga Oliver in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Azul Y Plomo's goalie prevented a goal. Taltun SC's Zhang Hao Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Bobis in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Hector Bobis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhang Hao Qing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhang Hao Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Navarro Rojas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Luzuriaga Oliver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zacarias Cabrero came out and tried to block the shot, but Luzuriaga Oliver slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 83rd minute. If Espinosa Marco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zhang Hao Qing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Bobis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Urtsin Copeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Zacarias Cabrero however easily saved by the left post. After 95 minutes of play, Taltun SC's Luzuriaga Oliver made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zacarias Cabrero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Taltun SC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Azul Y Plomo's much stronger midfield.
