Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christovao Galindo got the match started through his kick off. In the 18th minute, Cruz Ronda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cosme Figueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aloisio Castaños in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Macilla saved Pimbi from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Melchor Cimbrelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christovao Galindo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Etxahun Muriedas saved Marengo FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute Aloisio Castaños shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Macilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosme Figueira got free with Anton Macilla in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christovao Galindo took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Etxahun Muriedas. Etxahun Muriedas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aloisio Castaños to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Cosme Figueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Marengo FC's Melchor Cimbrelo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Gaitan Vilela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Etxahun Muriedas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aloisio Castaños received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Anton Macilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Tegerina charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christiano Tegerina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christiano Tegerina hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Christovao Galindo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Etxahun Muriedas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pimbi. If Aloisio Castaños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Pimbi getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gonsalve Mieses hit a great ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Aloisio Castaños who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pimbi's Anton Macilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marengo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Figueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Macilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th match minute, Marengo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bide Harroyo to maneuver through the defense. Aloisio Castaños sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Pimbi defense, Aloisio Castaños kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Macilla. The Pimbi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Macilla should have stopped the shot. Anton Macilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Figueira in the 94th minute of the match. Pimbi succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Marengo FC had controlled the match.
